Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute targeted events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to raise our profile and develop new client opportunities.
  • Develop and promote online training programs for Education, Insurance & Housing Directories.
  • Project manage submissions to Legal Directories.
  • Coordinate, edit, and distribute printed and digital newsletters and alerts.
  • Improve website traffic through sound SEO techniques and ensure engaging and up-to-date content.
  • Work with advisors and our PR agency to encourage thought leadership for press, industry relevant editorial, social media, and web articles.
  • Champion social media, including LinkedIn and X accounts.
  • Monitor and measure success.
  • Draft award entries.
  • Prepare presentations for events and advisors.
  • Collaborate with external designers where necessary.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and Tone of Voice are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Marketing experience within multichannel campaign development, events, digital and printed media communications, and client care.
  • Excellent IT skills, including CMS, social media, design software, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and presenting.
  • Enthusiasm and resolve under pressure, including adaptability and forward thinking.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000.
  • Hybrid working with 2 days work from home.
