
Drive Sales Growth and Territory Success

Our Cardiac Rhythm Management division is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our established and high-performing team in a designated territory.
This 10-month contractual role is responsible for maximising sales volume and market share within the assigned territory. Key performance indicators include achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and executing sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and skills development.
- Develop relationships with key customer groups and service them effectively
- Achieve product certification and utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers
- Manage consignment stock and maintain accurate customer profiles
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, along with good understanding of industry processes and functions. IBHRE Certification is highly desirable.
