Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to excel as an Enterprise Account Executive. As an expert in technology sales, you will be responsible for developing effective territory strategies to drive growth and adoption of solutions with large enterprise customers.

You will work closely with colleagues in the internal Channel team as well as external Partners to build and execute on sales strategies for designated territories. Outstanding accomplishments are the result of great teamwork and success at the enterprise level requires collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Territory plans geared at maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products.
  • Maintain full Account ownership while coordinating with account stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the internal Channel team and external Partners to build and execute on sales strategies for designated territories.
  • Strong interlock and engagement with Technical Account Managers to understand technical initiatives and drive business outcomes.
  • Engage customers with regular meetings, executive engagements and participation at events.
  • Ensure customers are fully educated on the value of solutions including AI, Scaled Agile and Enterprise Service Management.
  • Regularly exceed quotas and performance metrics from scaling engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience successfully selling technology solutions in Federal, State or Local Government and Higher Education Institutions.
  • Deep understanding of procurement vehicles, compliance requirements and agency buying cycles.
  • 15 or more years of sales experience in B2B SaaS sales environment.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities.
  • Extensive experience utilising CRM to achieve key performance metrics.
  • Building and leading territory & strategic account plans.
  • Experience leading or coordinating Account teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Proven ability to proactively engage customers with a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
