We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Home Visitor to join our Family Partnership Program (FPP) at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress.

The Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program is a national initiative that has been rigorously evaluated for over 25 years. Our team works in partnership with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers and enrolled clients who are pregnant with an Aboriginal baby from early in their pregnancy and continues until the child is 2 years old, through an intensive culturally responsive home visiting program.

As a Nurse Home Visitor, you will develop a long-term relationship with clients that builds client capacity, skills, confidence, and self-determination. You will work collaboratively with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers to support families in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.

The estimated salary range for this position is $123,867 - $147,820 per annum, plus superannuation and access to additional benefits. If you are passionate about working in a culturally sensitive environment and making a positive impact on the lives of families, we encourage you to apply.
