We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our service team as a Customer Service Advisor.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team to ensure our customers receive outstanding support.
- Drive customer satisfaction by leading an exceptional customer experience
- Manage bookings, service enquiries, and customer relationships for fleets of all sizes
- Identify additional service requirements and document them accordingly
- Collaborate with workshop controllers to ensure efficient work completion
Key skills include excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritise and remain organised is also essential.
