We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team as a key leader in driving customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
**About the Role**
The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for guiding team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting a positive store environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead by example, modeling exceptional customer service and coaching team members to deliver the same.
- Manage daily store operations, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is always well-presented, tidy, and engaging for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of fashion/apparel visual merchandising and work with the team to ensure the store meets high visual standards.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in retail leadership, with experience in setting goals and targets with teams and managing their success.
- A strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to work with the team to maintain a visually appealing store.
- An excellent understanding of customer service principles and the ability to coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and queries professionally.
