The successful candidate will provide accurate information and appropriate services, leading and supporting team members to ensure a positive environment that promotes ownership, accountability, and a high-quality guest experience.
- Respond to customer enquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service in all interactions.
- Coordinate with the management team to schedule and manage events efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitised workstation to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for staff and guests.
- Provide assistance to management during emergencies to ensure swift and effective response.
- Working with Children Check Certification
- Child Safe Environments Training
- First Aid Qualification
