**Customer Service Opportunity**
We are seeking a professional to deliver exceptional customer service in a diverse and dynamic environment. This role will involve providing information about products and services, processing orders and payment transactions, and supporting the Customer Service team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support colleagues as needed to achieve team goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Experience in a customer-facing environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals (beneficial)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Interpersonal skills with ability to engage in professional communication
