Tomra is a leading provider of reverse vending technology, enabling the collection of used drink containers to support a continuous recycling process.

Job Description

The Service Centre Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Service Centre Manager in creating an inclusive and collaborative environment, optimising processes, and ensuring clear information sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate Service Centre Operator performance, providing learning and coaching opportunities.
  • Develop and execute training plans for new and existing team members.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to direct reports.
  • Create performance reports for the team and individual team members.
  • Assist and train other Service Centre members on contractor management processes.
  • Support Service Centre Manager with continuous improvement and optimisation of team processes.
  • Review and maintain Service Centre process guides and templates.
  • Lead a safety culture by example.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service/call centre environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent systems experience, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Aptitude to analyse data.

About the Role

This is a full-time role across 5 days per week, with weekend shifts typically only 1 day per week.

Based in our St Leonards office, a 5-minute walk from the train station.
