About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Centre Operator to join our team at TOMRA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to partners and colleagues in the field via remote login
  • Assist with customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor systems and run diagnostics to identify and resolve issues
  • Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners to coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs
  • Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions to prevent downtime
  • Perform configurations and changes to machines remotely online
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
