About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Supervisor to join our team at Tomra. As a key member of our Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing remote product support to field teams and depot staff, as well as interacting with customers and external parties to troubleshoot enquiries or complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Centre Manager in creating an inclusive and collaborative environment within the Service Centre.
  • Optimise and maintain processes to ensure clear information sharing and efficient service delivery.
  • Deliver functional training to Service Centre employees to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of processes and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate Service Centre Operator performance, providing learning and coaching opportunities as needed.
  • Develop and execute training plans for new and existing team members based on availability, team requirements, and workload.
  • Assist and train other Service Centre members on contractor management processes.
  • Support the Service Centre Manager with continuous improvement, optimisation, and implementation of new team processes.
  • Review and maintain Service Centre process guides and templates.
  • Lead a safety culture by example.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service/call centre environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent systems experience (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Aptitude to analyse data.
