Job Description

As a Service Centre Operator at Tomra, you'll work in a team environment, providing quality support and service to our business partners, customers, technicians, and field service teams. You'll be located in our Sydney office and work on a shift-based roster, operating 7 days a week.

The base hourly rate for Adults is $28.69, excluding loading and penalties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
  • Assist with customer queries and complaints
  • Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
  • Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
  • Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
  • Perform configurations and changes to machines remotely online
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs
