We're proud to have over 320 collection points across Australia, with state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Victoria.

Job Description

As a Service Centre Operator at Tomra, you'll work in a team environment, monitoring our collection points and systems across Australia. You'll provide quality support and service to our business partners, customers, technicians, and field service teams.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a busy, fun team environment. You'll be located in the Tomra Sydney office in St Leonards and work on a shift-based roster, with the base hourly rate for Adults being $28.69 excluding loading and penalties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
  • Assist with customer queries and complaints
  • Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
  • Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
  • Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
  • Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs
