Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Operator to join our team in NSW. As a Service Centre Operator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our partners and colleagues in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
* Assist with customer queries and complaints
* Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
* Interact with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sites
* Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
* Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
* Coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
