About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Centre Operator to join our team at TOMRA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reverse vending technology and providing exceptional customer service to our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to partners and colleagues in the field via hotline and remote login
  • Assist with customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal to minimize downtime and optimize performance
  • Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  • Analyze anomalies and take corrective actions to prevent system failures and ensure business continuity
  • Perform configurations and changes to machines remotely online to maintain system efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues
