Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumJob Description

As an HR Advisor with CPB Contractors, you will provide generalist HR/IR support to our project team. This role involves advising managers on contemporary HR/IR practices, initiating and driving HR initiatives, and supporting client groups through organisational change.

You will also be responsible for managing project-based initiatives to attract, retain, and grow our talented team. This includes providing support and advice to leaders to ensure participation in performance management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Relevant legislation knowledge and experience interpreting employment contracts, awards, and enterprise agreements
  • Proven negotiation skills and solutions-oriented approach
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in managing employee grievances and workplace investigations
