Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for senior executive recruitment and a talent for engaging top-tier leaders? An opportunity has been created for an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition and Strategy group to implement a range of innovative strategies to attract and build a skilled workforce that meets the Department’s current and future needs.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-touch human resource role where you will provide proactive recruitment advice and guidance to your clients, consistent with the NSW Government legislation. **What you will bring to the role**
We’re looking for someone who is a skilled and innovative recruiter who has exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills which enables you to build strategic partnerships with executive stakeholders to understand their unique resourcing needs. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience in executive search and direct sourcing, with a proactive and creative approach to talent acquisition.

**What is an essential requirement**:

- Sound experience in recruitment best practice including recruitment approaches, marketing and social media initiatives and policies, processes, and legislative requirements.
