HR Partners is excited to be partnering exclusively with a reputable international retail organisation whose values are deeply rooted in prioritising their customers. The organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Data Specialist for their team in Sydney in this full-time permanent position. This is a well-regarded role within the firm and is reporting into the Head of People & Culture, where you will be a key member of a supportive innovative HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process for all retail positions, managing tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and align with the company culture
- Gather, evaluate, and present essential HR metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, turnover rates, and employee engagement patterns.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to utilise data for strategic workforce planning, pinpointing opportunities for improvement, and implementing retention strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition ideally within a retain setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail
