About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for all retail positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. They will work closely with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet job qualifications and align with the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding new employees
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Analyse and present essential HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and retention initiatives
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to utilise data to drive business decisions and improve employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, preferably within a retail setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
