Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding new employees

  • Partner with the People & Culture team to utilise data to drive business decisions and improve employee engagement

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, preferably within a retail setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
