**Your new role**:
As our business in NSW continues to thrive, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Collaborating closely with two supportive HR Managers, you’ll be instrumental in driving proactive talent acquisition solutions across the business, from Graduates through to senior leaders.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Developing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across a range of roles and disciplines within the business
- Conduct necessary pre-employment checks and screenings
- Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders including hiring Managers and Directors, HR Managers, recruiters, universities etc
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader HR and marketing teams to enhance existing processes and employer branding initiatives.

**About You**:
We’re seeking an ambitious, motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist with:

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including strategy development and execution
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline highly valued
- Experience within a professional service environment is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- A track record of delivering solutions that demonstrate real people and business benefit
