We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can engage with hiring managers, analyze client needs, and develop candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook communities, and major job portals.

This role involves driving the recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and providing counsel to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. The successful candidate will also perform administrative tasks such as creating job descriptions, preparing service agreements, and completing client and candidate profiles.

The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with management to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions, primarily IT and digital marketing jobs, accounting, and general Virtual Assistants (VAs).

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.

We offer a competitive and negotiable compensation package depending on skill level and experience. Additionally, we provide private HMO coverage for in-house employees from Day 1, employee events online and face-to-face, and a dynamic work environment that allows for work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who possesses values aligned with Remote Staff, including living with integrity, innovating, working together, striving for excellence, and achieving a balance between work and personal life.

The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to Remote Staff and not work as a contractor for our partner clients.
