As a key player in our resort, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease.

About the Role
  • You will be the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and owners, providing them with local information regarding tours, activities, and other services.
  • Manage linen ordering and stock control, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintenance tasks as required, maintaining the resort to a high standard.
  • Help guests with hire equipment and ensure they have a positive experience, providing personalized support whenever needed.
  • Maintain focus on workplace health and safety requirements, adhering to all protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to multitask and use initiative, critical and creative thinking.
  • Physically fit and not afraid of hard work.
  • Personable professionalism and adaptability.
  • Availability 7 days a week, including weekends and all school holidays.
  • 25 hours across 4 days (Saturday - Tuesday), with potential to increase for the right person.
