Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Ambassador to provide exceptional reception and front desk services in our dynamic Front Office Department.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by delivering 5-star customer service, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

  • Upsell and suggest ways to enhance the guest experience, driving revenue growth and improving guest loyalty.

  • Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and courtesy at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

  • Promote company philosophies, credos, and core values, embodying the organization's mission and vision.

  • Extend personal service to meet guest requirements, providing tailored solutions to exceed expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Guest Services Ambassador, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with property management systems, such as Opera, is an advantage.
