We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant - Casual to join our team.

This role involves working across our restaurants and bars, providing exceptional service, recommending food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. You will be exposed to various service styles, from à la carte to fine dining and events.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills in a luxury resort environment
  • The ability to create memorable dining experiences, recommend beverages, and pair them with menu items
  • Experience in table service, à la carte, and supporting multiple outlets
  • Attention to detail, enthusiasm, approachability, and ownership of guest experience
  • Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • At least six months of resort-style F&B experience preferred
  • Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Friendly personality and strong communication skills
  • Neat personal presentation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current Australian driver's license and legal work rights
