The Opportunity:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of your commercial portfolio effectively.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Handle arrears management efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on portfolios and markets as required.
  • Prepare and manage annual estimates of outgoings and reconciliations accurately.
  • Monitor and manage lease obligations, including lease options and expiry.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with your support team.
  • Manage databases and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in commercial property management.
  • Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate License.
  • Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Influence and negotiation skills.
  • Service excellence.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Diplomacy and ability to identify practical solutions to problems and obstacles.
  • Proficiency in IT systems.
