
Customer Relationship Specialist

Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers by taking personal responsibility for each contact and ensuring customer requirements are met.
You will serve as the primary internal representative of our organization, conveying expertise in our Materials Business to customers.
As a member of the Sales and Marketing Team, you are accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Guaranteeing satisfaction for our customers
- Contributing to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a team
- Maintaining personal productivity and quality standards
Key responsibilities include:
- Acknowledging and assisting customers in a timely manner
- Processing customer orders within measured time frames
- Effectively presenting and discussing products and services
- Managing telephone calls professionally and efficiently
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting the efforts of Outside Sales Representatives
- Providing excellent customer service and support via phone and email
- Working as an integral part of the business support team
**Qualifications**:
• At least two (2) years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Enthusiastic, resourceful, and organized individual with high attention to detail
• Professional and competent communicator with intermediate computer skills
