Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional service to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms and provide product information and demonstrations
- Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales and meet sales targets
- Merchandise and stock replenishment, including processing sale orders and generating quotations
- Service Centre and office management, including troubleshooting and resolving customer enquiries
- Stock control in the warehouse and coordinating production with factory staff
- Coordinating logistics, including transport and deliveries
- Effective communication with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers
- General administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Face-to-face selling and entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Highly organized and able to multitask, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- Driver's license and ability to travel to various locations
