About the Role

Ausreo is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in Traralgon. As a key member of our Trade Service Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and sales solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and timely service to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms and promote Ausreo's products to generate sales
  • Merchandise and replenish stock to meet customer demands
  • Process sale orders, generate quotations, and engage with e-commerce and social media platforms
  • Manage Service Centre and office operations, including troubleshooting and resolving customer enquiries
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Driver's license and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment
