**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional and timely service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Merchandise and stock replenishment, ensuring that our showrooms are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process sale orders, generate quotations, and engage with our business partners to drive sales growth.
- Service Centre and office management, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Stock control in the warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate production with factory staff, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries, to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
- General administration duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
**Requirements**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Face-to-face selling and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Good ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Driver's license, with a reliable vehicle for travel to and from work.
