**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide professional and timely service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Merchandise and stock replenishment, ensuring that our showrooms are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Process sale orders, generate quotations, and engage with our business partners to drive sales growth.
  • Service Centre and office management, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stock control in the warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate production with factory staff, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries, to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • General administration duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

**Requirements**

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Face-to-face selling and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Good ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Driver's license, with a reliable vehicle for travel to and from work.
