About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms and provide product information and demonstrations
  • Actively promote Ausreo's products and services to generate sales and drive business growth
  • Merchandise and stock replenishment, ensuring our showrooms are always well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Process sale orders, generate quotations, and engage with e-commerce and social media platforms
  • Service Centre and office management, including administrative tasks and data entry
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stock control and management in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock rotation
  • Coordinate production with factory staff and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and deal with difficult customers in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade environment, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
  • Face-to-face selling and entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
