Role Overview:

The Customer Service Consultant will contribute to a customer-centric administrative experience within the Care Home.

Facilitating a great customer and employee experience within the Care Home, delivering excellence in all aspects of the internal and external customer journey and actively performing the duties across all three core focus areas as outlined below to ensure consistent provision of customer service:

  • Resident Placement: Warmly welcome prospective residents and assist them throughout the admission process.
  • Employee Service: Enhance our team's experience with precise rostering, recruitment, and onboarding tasks.
  • Concierge: Provide impeccable service, be it at the reception or through any form of communication.

Working with Us:

Dental Corporation is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees working within a NDIS facility, in a risk-assessed role, must have a completed NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement – successful applicants will have this cost reimbursed upon commencement.
