About the Role:This role focuses on delivering active support aligned with each client's goals and support plans. You will assist clients with daily personal care tasks, facilitate community access, and build trusted relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support to clients with intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing)
- Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans
- Facilitate community access and transport using public transport
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- NNSW Driver's Licence (P2/Full)
- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if required for the role)
