Disability Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team as a Disability Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in developing and maintaining their independence, advocating for their individual needs, and promoting their overall well-being.
  • Deliver personalized support services, including assisting clients with daily living activities, administering medication, and transporting them safely.
  • Monitor clients' progress, reporting on their achievements and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
  • A high level of physical functionality, with some inherent requirements. Please refer to our website for more information.
