Job Opportunity

This role is focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by driving business expansion in Western Sydney.

You will work with clients and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to identify and implement assistive technology solutions, take ownership of building a presence in Western Sydney, and develop market penetration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Regency Care's presence in Western Sydney, identifying opportunities and building brand recognition.
  • Drive growth of Occupational Therapist relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Lead initiatives to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the Western Sydney market.
  • Develop deep knowledge of assistive technology products, focusing on seating solutions, mobility aids, and complex assistive devices.
  • Engage with OTs and clients to understand needs and challenges, build empathetic relationships, and ensure interactions reflect excellent communication skills.
  • Listen actively and respond to client needs, acknowledging unique situations and ensuring needs are addressed.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify and solve problems with tailored solutions, ensuring details are thoroughly considered and addressed.
  • Read the room and adapt based on feedback, solving problems creatively while delivering a positive experience.
  • Gather feedback to refine product offerings and sales strategies and pursue opportunities for growth.
  • Thrive in an autonomous environment, take initiative, and drive results with a start-up mindset.
  • Prioritise client and OT needs, align actions with company values, and interact with humility and respect.

Strong problem-solving skills, creativity to address client challenges, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, compassion, and genuine desire to improve lives of individuals with disabilities are essential qualities for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the assistive technology or healthcare sector, strong business development background, specialist knowledge of seating solutions, mobility equipment, and complex assistive technology, and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
