Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professional to provide person-centred care to individuals with disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to a team that values authenticity, purposefulness, responsibility, and understanding.

As a Disability Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to clients with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and developing professional relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide person-centred care to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contribute to the development of client support plans
  • Provide support with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other needs
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing
  • Experience working in the disability, aged care, or nursing sector
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organisation skills

**Benefits:**
