Customer Support Specialist

Ticket to Play

  • You are reliable and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers
  • You have experience supporting individuals to live their best lives, possibly in disability services or aged care, but also in retail, customer service or similar roles
  • You have good availability
  • You hold a valid NSW Drivers C class licence and are willing to transport customers
  • You understand NDIS services and programs, although this is not essential

The Day-to-Day

  • You will create an environment where customer choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) setting
  • This involves helping our customers build and live the life they choose
  • Tasks may include:
    • Personal care and medication administration
    • Using manual handling equipment to support clients with movement
    • Accompanying customers to appointments and adhering to specialist plans
    • Adapting communication approaches to include non-verbal customers

We offer comprehensive training to workers new to the sector, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge to effectively support our customers.
