Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our KICK Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic plans to drive business success.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the streaming industry and eager to make a significant impact. You will work closely with our Product teams to identify new products and services that add value to our partners' content on Kick.
Responsibilities- Manage partner relationships, including content promotions, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments, and reporting.
- Implement partner hand-off and develop account plans to support each party's commitments under the agreement.
- Onboard new channel partners, including channel setup, content ingestion, and publishing processes.
- Surface sponsorship opportunities to partners by working with Ad Sales teams.
- Log and track partner account status within Kick's backend and report metrics against established goals.
- Identify and build strategic growth strategies for newly onboarded partners.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbally and written.
- At least 1+ year of strategic account management or relevant client relations experience.
- Project management and prior account management experience.
- Prior knowledge of the streaming industry and its operations.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
