Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage data and technology risks that new digital businesses face, ensuring activities are within risk appetite and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Clearly articulate business compliance requirements and support documentation of functional/technical requirements for technology build/configuration.
- Assist with building and maintaining risk management requirements for teams deploying scalable RegTech solutions.
- Work with a range of technology and business experts on end-to-end solutions, ensuring obligations and risks are understood and managed.
- Experience with managing Tech risk / operational risk, ideally with Incident and Issue management.
- Experience with driving change, ideally relating to coordinating the implementation of solutions to issues across broad, complex areas.
- Demonstrated experience in defining business requirements and shaping technology solutions to meet those requirements.
- Implementation experience in compliance domains, including exposure to technology controls and requirements within regulated businesses.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to influence.
- Experience with regulatory compliance.
- Experience working for technology companies or other tech-focused environments would be an advantage or a real passion for this space.
- Comfortable with uncertainty and taking on big challenges that push you outside of your comfort zone.
- Persistent in following up stakeholders and holding them accountable for delivering on their commitments.
- Confident to contribute your views, effectively communicating with and influencing a range of stakeholders.
