Digital Risk and Control Manager

Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement operational controls for digital products and services.
- Develop end-to-end digital risk management processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on maintaining an effective internal control environment.
- Facilitate and represent the Digital Risk Forum, overseeing the digital risk and control landscape.
- Transform the digital risk and control maturity curve through insights into emerging risks and real-time monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work in teams.
- Comfort in challenging existing processes and policies to drive efficiency.
- Understanding of digital banking and customer-facing technology, preferably gained through experience in consulting, fintechs, and digital risk roles.
- Experience in conducting control reviews and implementing recommendations.
- Strong modeling skills and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with agile delivery principles and change management.
