Key Account Developer

As a Key Account Developer at Orkes, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business by developing strategic sales plans, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers, learn about their needs, and connect the dots between customer requirements and our products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Qualities for Success:
- Proven track record as a fanatical prospector with a strong pipeline
- Experience in Sales and/or Business Development within high-growth organizations, preferably with startups that achieved growth across their open-source install base
- Outstanding communication skills and active listening
- Self-starter with a history of overachieving against quota and a high activity rate
