Responsibilities:- Manage and renew assigned key accounts, fostering growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop customized account plans to optimize retention and stimulate growth.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 4-6 years experience in key account management.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a focus on customer retention and growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the Customer Success team.
