- Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
- Provide education and demonstrations on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.

- Ability to work in a busy, commercial, and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions.
