We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Sales Lead to join our Sydney team. As a senior-level position, this role reports directly to our Head of Sales, Brand & Marketing.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing existing broker relationships and developing new business opportunities. A strong background in Asset Finance is essential for success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage existing broker relationships to boost sales across your State.
  • Identify and acquire new broker firms to expand our portfolio size.
  • Broaden awareness of our value proposition in the market.
  • Swiftly identify and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and strategic KPIs set by the business.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop innovative go-to-market strategies.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record in a similar role within the Asset Finance space would be beneficial.
  • Success in managing broker relationships and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • The ability to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • An empathetic approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Benefits include flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards package.
