About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Ignite Recruitment. This exciting opportunity involves building and developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities through targeted networking and strategic planning.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in consultation with our State Relationship Manager, ensuring seamless handovers to Operations Coordinators.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Reporting and Review: Log detailed activity, visits, and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Benefits:
