Sales Professional with Pipeline Management Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships, managing pipelines, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage sales pipelines, including identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
- Pre-Sales Conversations: Engage in pre-sales conversations to convert MQLs into SQ prospects, driving pipeline growth and revenue.
- Presentation and Communication: Present our award-winning BIC Suite to clients, either in-person or online, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
- Account Management: Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Negotiations and Tender Responses: Conduct price negotiations and prepare tender responses, often in collaboration with our partner network.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly sales reports to our Managing Director and quarterly reports to HQ, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a small business or start-up environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with various stakeholders, particularly C-Level management.
- Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads through networks or social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.
- Sales Cycle Management: Ability to qualify leads and progress them effectively through the entire sales cycle.
- Technical Understanding: High affinity to IT topics and good technical understanding.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, including task prioritisation and multitasking.
