About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of audiovisual solutions, seeks an experienced Sales professional to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a written business development plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Establish a strong market presence through effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
  • Promote company offerings and values through consistent messaging and sales activities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional data management skills in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction, profit generation, and long-term business goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Professional English communication skills and 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Desirable: Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients and expertise in unified communications, audio visual, and office technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills, committed to delivering exceptional results and providing value-added services.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
