Sales Development Manager

Our client, a leading provider of audiovisual solutions, seeks an experienced Sales professional to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a written business development plan to achieve sales targets.
- Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Establish a strong market presence through effective communication and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
- Promote company offerings and values through consistent messaging and sales activities.
- Demonstrate exceptional data management skills in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction, profit generation, and long-term business goals.
What You'll Need:
- Professional English communication skills and 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Desirable: Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients and expertise in unified communications, audio visual, and office technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills, committed to delivering exceptional results and providing value-added services.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
