Key Responsibilities- Manage time effectively to maximize customer-facing interactions, aiming for 80% of time spent in front of customers.
- Develop and implement plans to grow sales through distributors, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver successful programs and gather market insights.
- Presentation of company products and services, identifying market opportunities, and providing value-added solutions to customers.
- Building strong relationships with major end-users, distributors, and other stakeholders within the territory.
- Proactive pursuit of new business opportunities, canvassing users in target markets for potential deals.
- Minimum school certificate with demonstrated mathematical and English skills relevant to the position.
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field are desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM management.
- Ideal candidate has three to five years of experience in outside industrial selling with minimal supervision and budgetary constraints.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
