Sales Development Manager

At Bingo, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative – Liquid and Hazardous Waste to join our dynamic sales team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships across the Greater Sydney Region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume door-to-door sales, with experience in the liquid waste industry. You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work autonomously and as part of a team. If you are passionate about sales and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:This is a performance-based role that requires substantially growing new sales volumes, exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a robust cold calling sales plan. You will be responsible for keeping management informed on activity and results, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, monitoring competition, and recommending changes in services.
You will also prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders for existing and potential clients, manage and update client information in the company's CRM, and service existing liquid waste accounts across an assigned region.
