National Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a talented National Sales Development Manager to join our team at Kerry, a leading food and beverage company.
About the Role:- As a National Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
- You will work closely with our experienced commercial team to identify opportunities, develop customer engagement strategies, and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Secure Opportunity Pipeline Management for defined customers, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely communication.
- Partner with customers' supply chains to ensure seamless execution and achieve business objectives.
- Support Key Account Managers in preparing Strategic Account Plans and Customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Commercial Directors to maintain exceptional service levels across New Products, Existing products, Innovation pipeline, and Commercialization.
- Manage information flow between internal teams and external accounts, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Build intimate knowledge of customers' organizations and product ranges to identify opportunities for Kerry.
- Coordinate communication flows within Kerry, ensuring timely updates to functional teams like Supply Chain, RD&A, Regulatory, Commercial Finance, and Customer Service.
- Schedule and prepare for weekly team meetings and bi-weekly pipeline meetings, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Represent the sales team in Stage gate, Dashboard, Planning, Forecasting, and EUM meetings, providing updates on key projects to business leaders.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring up-to-date contacts, project updates, close dates, and timely information from the sales team.
- Prepare and circulate high-quality presentations and reports for key meetings, driving informed decision-making.
- Work with marketing and culinary teams to plan and execute customer engagements, such as Chef works, to exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or operations roles, preferably in a complex multinational organization within the food industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial and operations management practices, with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and coordination work.
- Excellent project management skills and a structured approach to achieving goals.
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
- Ability to manage both internal and external relationships, including Commercial/Sales teams, General Management, Customers, and other stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrixed organization.
$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
