Team Leader and Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Hobart-based team at WISE Employment Ltd.
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support and services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating supports, developing and monitoring individual participant plans, and managing financial and budgetary resources.
With a strong focus on community inclusion, independence, decision-making, choice, and control, you will work closely with participants, family members, carers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity based in Hobart, working 28 hours per week as a Team Leader, with 10 hours of face-to-face support work.
You will be provided with an Ultrabook with cellular connectivity and an iPhone to aid you in your role.
What We're Looking For- A proven track record of successfully leading or managing a team;
- Experience in achieving desired program outcomes;
- Well-developed knowledge of the Disability Services Sector;
- Skills and experience in working with people with disability;
- Ability to use initiative and handle multiple tasks concurrently;
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational, time management, and presentation skills;
- A current driver's license and own transport.
